Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our mobile applications, websites, digital tools, subscriptions, and related services.

By using the services, creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription, or accessing any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must stop using the services.

These Terms apply to all users, including free users, trial users, subscribers, and visitors.

2. Subscription and Billing

Auto-Renewal

Some features may be available through paid subscriptions. Unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period, your subscription may renew automatically according to the billing rules of the platform through which you subscribed.

To avoid renewal charges, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date according to the cancellation requirements of the relevant platform or payment provider.

Cancellation

Subscriptions must be cancelled through the same platform or payment method used to purchase them.

For example:

On iOS, you can manage subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings.

On Android, you can manage subscriptions through Google Play subscription settings.

If you subscribed through another payment provider, cancellation must be completed through that provider’s account or billing settings.

Deleting the app does not automatically cancel a subscription.

Refunds

All purchases are final unless otherwise required by applicable law or by the policies of the relevant app store, marketplace, or payment provider.

Refund requests may be reviewed by Apple, Google, PayPal, or another payment provider, depending on where the purchase was made.

3. Services and Digital Tools

The services may include digital security, privacy, productivity, device monitoring, filtering, browsing protection, account monitoring, or similar tools designed to help users manage their digital activity and improve their online experience.

The exact features available to you may depend on your device, operating system, subscription plan, region, account settings, and technical compatibility.

We may modify, add, limit, suspend, or discontinue certain features at any time where reasonably necessary for technical, operational, legal, or business reasons.

4. No Professional Advice

The services are provided for general informational and personal-use purposes only.

They do not constitute legal, medical, financial, technical, cybersecurity, or other professional advice. You should not rely on the services as a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional.

Any alerts, recommendations, scans, filters, reports, or insights provided through the services are intended to assist users but may not be complete, fully accurate, or suitable for every situation.

5. Personalized Features

We do not guarantee that personalized features will produce identical or error-free results for every user.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account, using paid services, contacting support, or submitting information through the platform.

You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You are also responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Minimum Age

The services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old, unless a different minimum age is required by applicable law.

By using the services, you confirm that you meet the applicable age requirement and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

If we determine that an account was created or used by someone who does not meet the required age threshold, we may suspend or terminate that account.

Acceptable Conduct

You agree not to misuse the services or interact with support staff, other users, systems, or platform features in an abusive, fraudulent, unlawful, harassing, threatening, discriminatory, or disruptive manner.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe that a user has violated these Terms, misused the services, attempted to bypass security measures, submitted false information, or engaged in activity that may harm the platform, other users, or third parties.

7. Device and App Usage

The services may help users identify certain digital risks, manage online activity, reduce exposure to unwanted content, improve privacy controls, or monitor selected device-related information.

However, no software tool can guarantee complete security, total privacy, uninterrupted protection, or perfect accuracy.

You remain responsible for maintaining appropriate security practices, including using secure passwords, updating your operating system, reviewing permissions, avoiding suspicious links, and protecting your devices from unauthorized access.

The services are intended for general consumer use and should not be treated as enterprise-grade security infrastructure or a replacement for specialized professional tools.

8. Subscription Features

Payments may be processed by third-party providers, such as app stores, payment processors, or marketplace platforms.

We do not control the full payment process where billing is handled by a third party. Payment confirmation, renewal timing, refund eligibility, taxes, currency conversion, and billing disputes may be governed by the relevant provider’s rules.

You agree to review the applicable payment terms before completing any purchase.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of privacy, service interruption, device issues, or unauthorized access arising from or related to your use of the services.

The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, fully secure, or compatible with every device, network, browser, operating system, or third-party service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

We make no warranty that:

The services will detect every threat, risk, breach, scam, unsafe website, tracker, vulnerability, or unwanted message
The services will operate without errors or interruptions
The information provided through the services will always be complete, current, or accurate
The services will meet every user’s expectations or technical requirements
Third-party systems will remain available or compatible

You use the services at your own discretion and risk.

13. Legal Compliance

You agree to use the services only in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, platform rules, and these Terms.

You must not use the services for unlawful monitoring, unauthorized access, harassment, fraud, abuse, circumvention of security systems, or infringement of third-party rights.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the services is lawful in your jurisdiction.

14. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the matter informally.

Where permitted by applicable law, disputes may be resolved through individual proceedings rather than class, collective, or representative actions.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights available to you under the laws of your country or region.

15. Regional Consumer Rights

Users in certain jurisdictions may have additional rights under local consumer protection, privacy, digital services, or subscription laws.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit, exclude, or waive rights that cannot legally be limited, excluded, or waived.

16. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the services if:

The service or feature is discontinued

You may stop using the services at any time. If you have an active subscription, you must cancel it through the relevant platform or payment provider to prevent future charges.

We may update, improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services from time to time.

Changes may be made for technical, security, legal, operational, or commercial reasons.

Where required by law, we may provide notice of material changes.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, legal obligations, platform requirements, or business practices.

When we update the Terms, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of the services after updated Terms become effective means that you accept the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the services and cancel any active subscription.
